Akhter UserAudit is a new management tool that helps network administrators in several ways. It shows, via detailed reports and easy to read charts, exactly what applications are being used on the network by whom, where and when.

| Trace System Abuse |
By knowing who is on the network at any given time, administrators can narrow down the causes of any disruptive or abusive activity. Of course, as system abuse is traced and dealt with, those who may be considering abuse in the future will be deterred. |
| Plan Licence Distribution |
Each organisation will have a certain amount of licences for the applications that they run. Akhter UserAudit will monitor how these licences are being deployed. It may be that you have more than you need, or that they are required in different locations from where they were originally intended. UserAudit will help to pinpoint where licences are needed and therefore help you to better plan your licence requirements and the distribution of those licences on the network. Using Akhter's RemInstall (one of the AkhterSuite titles), you can deploy the licences you require across the network from one central location. |
| Comprehensive Reporting - Graphs and Charts |
 The reporting from UserAudit is comprehensive, to provide a thorough insight into user activity on your network. You can choose which parameters to summarise, from the following: Time Period - set the time, from and to. Time Measurement - minutes, hours or days User - login name (regardless of location) Location - workstation name (room and building) Department - Accounts, Marketing, Course or faculty. Application - by licence held
