The Refresh Procedure

2. Due Diligence - A survey of your current Site/Network/Hardware/Software
3. Installation - Install new servers, Join PCs to network, Install the AkhterSuite
4. Image Building - Existing PCs upgraded to XP, New PCs pre-configured with XP
5. Migration - transfer user data/user accounts from existing systems NT, 2000, Novell etc
6. Support - A dedicated technical support helpdesk is on hand to resolve network issues.
7. Maintenance (optional) - Let us look after the network for you! We will monitor server events, install updates, fix problems...
